The Project

Pettibone Concrete is an innovative concrete & coatings company that blends modern aesthetic and classic durability. For the visual branding, we pulled inspiration from concrete texture, vintage beach vibes, warm industrial interiors, artistic flair, and authentic vintage signs. For the website, some of the most important things were simplicity, a little nostalgia to tell their unique story as a fifth-generation company carrying the torch, staying consistent with the laid-back vibes of their brand, and ease of understanding and navigation for their viewers. Because of these goals, the site naturally is more minimal in nature, and we think that is worth mentioning. Your web design is more than how it looks—it's about considering every component that communicates to your viewer. Sometimes that translates to a more artistic website with overlaying & hand-drawn elements, and sometimes it translates to a simple, to-the-point site—the most important thing is that it's speaking to your audience and representing you.
